Back and Active Training

Tracey Darby Case Study

Tracey a 53 year old female presented with a two year history of frequent episodic back pain. Tracey’s husband took Tracey to see a top private consultant who requested her to have an MRI Scan. The results came back and diagnosed me with DDD (Degenerative Disc Disease). Basically the soft spongy bit between one of my discs had worn away causing friction on the discs.

Circuit Class

Sam Walton Case Study

Im a 28 year old male with a history of back and knee pain trouble for one year. Pain from the knee had intensified until I finally had an MRI scan. The scan results revealed a tear in the ACL ligament. Two months after the op I came to Danny to help build up my leg strength and help ease the sciatic pain I was receiving down my right leg. I had many concerns, including loss of mobility, lack of motivation, posture, weight control and returning to physical job.

Brian

Brian Ellison Case Study

Im a 69 year old male with a history of back pain trouble for many years. I have been to see many specialists and have had MRI scan to reveal the diagnosis. Other than imbalance of muscle groups in my back and pelvic area I was pleased to know I had nothing major to worry about. I enjoy playing golf and am worried my back pain will stop me from playing the sport I love. As the years have rolled on I have many concerns, including loss of mobility, lack of motivation, posture, weight control and playing golf. I know Danny and thought he can help me. I will be taking part in Danny’s back and active class on Saturday mornings.
