Q. Will I need treatment?

In fitness rehab no treatment is used, only simple corrective exercise movements for strength and mobility.

Q. What is fitness rehabilitation?

Back and active training will work on the injured area using variation of exercises to help strengthen, mobilise and improve fitness ready for the body to go back into sport or normal daily activities.

  • 4 x 1 Hour sessions

    £160
    4 x 1 Hour sessions for £160 (£20 Cheaper over 4 sessions than a physio or osteopath)
